SHIPPING FAQs

When will my order ship?

  • All ready to ship orders ship within 2-7 business days 
  • Pre-Orders will ship in specified number of weeks per listing
  • Pre-Orders are estimated Shipping Times, due to the nature of shipping delays and order sizes they may arrive earlier or a week or so later we will keep customers updated on our UPDATES tab. 

How much is shipping?

  • All orders under $150 ship for a flat rate fee of $8
  • Orders over $150 will ship for free in the USA
  • Once orders are in the hands of USPS it is out of our control, If your package is missing please file a claim with your local USPS before contacting us. 

ORDER ISSUES

What if I received the wrong item?

  • Mistakes can happen and the wrong items might be shipped. If this happens, contact us at lovemillieclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the wrong items sent. A paid return label will be emailed to you to ship the incorrect items back to us. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be given, otherwise the correct item will be shipped to you upon receipt of the incorrect item/s.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please keep item in the packaging with all tags. We will replace your item if it is in-stock, otherwise a refund will be given
